E=mc2 Bibliography & web

Here it is the "Bibliography & web".
I have a huge personal & simbolic debt with the words that other individuals have found to pass their knowledge, to try to express something about their experiences.
As others might be interested in finding their precious knowledge, I include a bibliography to this paper. Where possible, in the bibliography a direct link is given from the titles to their downloadable version; no fees or registrations are required.
The main sources are:
  • the project Gutember, which offers over 42.000 free e-books, previously published by bona fide publishers, under a copyrights clearance, or registered under public domain licences
  • the Internet Archive, a non-profit digital library providing "universal access to all knowledge", a permanent storage & free public access to collections of digitized materials, including websites, music, moving images, and nearly three million public-domain books
  • Wikisource, an online library of free-content texts, maintained by a community of 1.533.000 registered users.
As a logical consequence of my sharing attitude, I chose to register my words under the Creative Commons (by cc nc) license, in order to favour the dissemination & the free exchange of experiences.

I want to thank all the readers, the followers, & all who suggested the publication of these chapters by this blog, linked-in and google+.

I am revisiting the whole text: hopefully it will be available in a new complete version by the end of summer.
